Refund & Cancellation Policy

🎟️ 1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellations after September 06, 2026, are non-refundable due to confirmed logistical arrangements.

📌 2. Registration Transfer

• You may transfer your registration to another delegate up to September 30, 2026.
• To transfer, email full details of the new participant to the Finance Coordinator (finance@eilifeskills.org).

🛡️ 3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• If the organizers must postpone or cancel the conference due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), you may choose:
• A full refund, or
• To carry over your registration to the rescheduled event.

💸 4. Refund Process & Timeline

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 working days after approval for processing.
• Any applicable bank, currency exchange, or transfer fees will be deducted.

Include in your email:

1. Full legal name
2. Registration ID or confirmation number
3. Date of payment and payment method
4. Reason for cancellation or transfer
5. New participant’s full name (for transfers)

📝 Important Notes

• Processing may take longer due to public holidays or international banking delays.
• Transfer of registration does not guarantee transfer of accommodation bookings or field trip seats. Please inform us early to adjust arrangements.
• Policy aims to balance participant flexibility with the financial commitments made toward venue, catering, travel, and on-site logistics.
